Beef Processing Information
Meat Cleaver now offers custom beef processing and is taking orders! So give us a call today at 303.458.7563 to get on our schedule.
CARCASS TAG REQUIRED ON EACH ANIMAL OR GRIND ORDER OVER 20 LBS.
Each beef slaughter booking will be charged $100.00 per head. This will be subtracted from your final invoice and ensures we don’t run into scheduling issues and that each customer has a firm beef slaughter date.

Cuts, vacuum packaging, grinding, and labeling are all included.
We are no longer packaging orders in boxes. The finished product will be stored in milk crates, and the customer will be responsible for bringing coolers or storage bins to take their order home. If you forget your containers when you pick up your order, we have a few boxes on hand that can be purchased for $3.00/each.
There will be no charge for storage for the first two weeks (beginning when you receive the email stating your order is ready). On the first day of the 3rd week, there will be a fee of $3 per day for each of your containers. This fee will be added to the bill and is due when you pick up your meat.
A current brand inspection is required within 14 days of slaughter. If choosing our mobile slaughter unit, please note that Meat Cleaver does not transport or dispose of the hide, hooves, head, or offal.
